Pay for the first step

An hour or a design phase, at a set price. You know the cost before you book.

It is credited

Go ahead with the work and the fee comes off it. Either way, you keep what you were given.

Build

A fixed, not-to-exceed price, a deposit to hold the bench, and progress photos as it goes.
